Our Managing Partner of the Year, Jay Clarke from our Perimeter Mall Restaurant in Atlanta has been presented with Darden Restaurants’ top honor – the Diamond Club Award. Now in its 12th year, the award is presented annually to managing partners throughout North America who demonstrate outstanding results, provide a casually sophisticated, seasonally-inspired dining experience, and achieve top financial performance in the previous fiscal year. This year, Clarke was the only Managing Partner selected from the seven Seasons 52 restaurants in North America, making this a truly exclusive honor. He recently joined fellow Diamond Club honorees and their guests for four days at the Boca Raton Resort & Club in Boca Raton, FL, where they enjoyed first-class accommodations and events held in their honor. |

Our Service Team Member of the Year, Steven Pham from our Sand Lake Road restaurant, embodies all of our core values: respect, integrity, courage, excellence, and teamwork. But the one that really stands out when describing Steven is excellence. Steven is always striving for excellence and inspires his teammates to do the same. This is evidenced in Steven’s recent promotion to a restaurant management position at Seasons 52. Steven’s passion for excellence also shows in the level of service he provides to our guests… it is consistent, professional, and genuine. To quote Steven’s Managing Partner Anthony Colandro, “Steven leads by example and assists with achieving our common goals. We are very proud to have him on our team and look forward to his continued success as he helps make our restaurant and brand even more successful.” |

Our Culinary Team Member of the Year, Louis Bogardus, is from our Boca Raton location and is described by Director Mark Norberg as one of the cornerstones of Seasons 52’s culinary team, from the day he started with the company.This is evidenced by Louis’s recent promotion to a Sous Chef management position. Not only has he mastered all culinary positions as a key team member, but he also sets the standard for his restaurant’s culinary team, most of whom he’s helped train. Louis is always willing to help any team member in need and routinely goes above and beyond to help his managers cover any schedule gaps, which has helped Boca Raton provide our guests with a consistently excellent experience. He also embraces all of our core values and holds everyone who works with him to the same high standards. Mark also described Louis by saying, “He has a great work ethic and attitude. He sets the bar for those who work around him and takes true pride in the work that he does.” |
